It depends on the type of safe. Not every safe can be opened without damaging it, so before we start we need to know the model and locking system. We always assess the non-destructive option first, but on some models the design itself leaves no other way in — and in that case we only proceed with your consent.

📄 Do I need to prove I'm the owner?

Yes. For your security and by law, we ask for identification and, if possible, some document proving the safe is yours before we proceed with the opening.
